Where do you ship from?
We're based in the U.S. and ship from the U S. Your shirt leaves faster than most checked bags.
How long does shipping take?
- U.S. orders: 3-5 business days after processing
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
Basically as fast as you grab coffee after landing.
Will I get tracking info?
Absolutely. You'll get tracking info as soon as your order ships. Unlike your luggage at baggage claim, you'll know exactly where this is.
What's your return/exchange policy?
You have 30 days to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Wrong size? We'll exchange it free, just email us at returns@jetsetzoo.com. Changed your mind? We get it, return shipping is on you.
Why do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $89 (that's about 3 shirts). Under that, shipping is used to cover actual carrier costs. We're not making money on shipping, just keeping the lights on.
What size should I order?
Check our size chart on each product page for exact measurements. When in doubt, size up for maximum airport-sleeping comfort.
What are these shirts made of?
Solid colors are 100% cotton, while heathers and sport grey use polyester blends for added durability. Durable enough to survive international washing machines and suspicious laundromat detergent.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Don't overthink it. (Unlike your packing strategy.)
I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@jetsetzoo.com and we'll update it. Already shipped? No worries, free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Do the designs fade after washing?
We've tested these through dozens of washes. Your travel disasters won't fade. Neither will the shirt.
Are these unisex? What's the fit like?
Yep, unisex sizing. Not too baggy, not too fitted. Check the size chart for measurements.
Can I suggest a new design?
Absolutely! Email us at suggestions@jetsetzoo.com with your travel disaster story. If we turn it into a design, you'll get the first one free.
